It is the hallmark of a genuine friendship; the unspoken acknowledgment of a willingness to help without conditions and sacrifice for the sake of another. RESPECT makes people proud; proud of their origins, proud of their heritage, proud enough to open up and reveal a bit of themselves without the fear of being judged. To this end, MobiDigger has a clear, simple and unwavering code of conduct:

1. We and our users, the Community of Diggers, respect each others’ privacy: We never invade your personal life or compromise your data. Our users are our customers and, as such, they are the masters of their domain and their data. They decide if, when, and to whom they share it.

2. We Serve Our Users: We are here to help; any way we can, any time you need it.

3. 3) We think globally, we act locally: We are a part of the community and the world, and we hope to change both for the better by helping our neighbors. As a part of our ongoing commitment to empower and enrich the lives of the less fortunate around us, we are partnering with FYBY - From Youth By Youth «. FYBY offers a new community of hope and healing for young people from areas of high crime and few opportunities. The violence and neglect they have witnessed at home, in school and on the streets has etched deep scars of apathy and despair into their psyche. FYBY seeks to help them break free of this mindset and eliminate violence from their lives and their community through a multi-step healing process. 4. We maintain the complete confidentiality of our users: AAs part of our commitment to protecting the privacy of our users, we pledge to never disclose confidential information to outside parties, unless required by law.

5. We respect and protect all forms of intellectual property: We do not infringe on the patents of others, nor do we tolerate any violation of ours.

6. We Obey the Law: We will not tolerate any illegal activity among our users. We will cooperate with law enforcement agencies and volunteer watchdog groups to ensure our community is safe and protected.

7. We solve problems in a respectful and creative way We will always strive to help each other while preserving their dignity and respect. We listen, we think, we find a solution.

8. We are here to have fun and enjoy ourselves We sing and dance and fill the air with laughter and delight. And then get up the next morning and do it again.
