MobiDigger is a “Domain Name Service” provider for mobile phones. The service offers “mobile SMS text message addresses” that can be used in place of a person's phone number. MobiDigger provides the user with immediate, personal, and safe mobile text messaging phone contact information for use with friends, advertisers, or any contact. It does this by naming mobile phone numbers via a mobile messaging system using a short code identification number that can be used in any carrier's net. This allows the user to use any alpha, or alpha-numeric sequence of their choosing on a first reservation basis, i.e., first come, first serve, basis. The nickname/alpha-numeric address can be used to connect conventional mobile phones, or mobile smart phones, to each other. Although anybody can participate by receiving or sending a SMS text message, even without a subscription, only subscribers can set up their own nickname/alpha numeric address, supply information, such as for marketing services or for the advertising of physical goods, and can decide how long they remain anonymous, thus maintaining their privacy.

The individuals that make up the management team are as follows: Hubert A.-M. Moik (41): Creator and chief evangelist of the idea, Hubert has been an entrepreneur with multiple ventures to his credit since 1993. He has founded companies in sports and entertainment, marketing and licensing, and in the telecommunication market and lead them as Managing Director, all in Germany: In 1993 he founded Inmark GmbH, in 1998 Planetlive GmbH (sold to Audiofon Group), 2000 Data Storm Systems GmbH, 2004 Inside M2M GmbH which he sold in early 2007 to a Siemens-OEM; Michael Kroeber (49): In charge of marketing, Michael is an entrepreneur, who formerly worked Bertelsmann, Lycos, WAZ-Group, and Superserv; Robert Glatzel (49): In charge of marketing, Robert has been and entrepreneur for 20 years in the advertising-business, et al.: VEBA, Raab Karcher, 3M, and Mazda.
